DECISION

The representatives of the 4 partners assessed that an extension of the project period is necessary.

It was in fact decided that the multiplier events should include Rap and Parkour performances that require open air spaces in order to have a valid impact in terms of audience quality and quantity.

This need is not compatible with the realization of events in the winter period and it is necessary that they take place in the spring months.

For these reasons, considering that this does not entail financial burdens on the budget and the funding received, ASTA is mandated to request the Portuguese Erasmus+ National Agency to extend the project until June 30, 2019.
